There are three possible problems if you’re unable to access the resources.
1. Incorrect Password
Check the password (which you should have received via email). It’s case sensitive so make sure you’ve got all the symbols correct, or better still cut and paste from the email.
2. Browser Problems
Some browsers (I’m looking at you Chrome) save older versions of the webpage, so it keeps reloading the login screen. There are three ways to fix this:
1. Try using a different web browser (like Firefox or Safari)
2. Try logging in on a different device
3. Clear the cache of your browser following these instructions
