There are three possible problems if you’re unable to access the resources.
1. Incorrect Password
Check the password (which you should have received via email). It’s case sensitive so make sure you’ve got all the symbols correct, or better still cut and paste from the email.
2. Browser Problems
Some browsers (I’m looking at you Chrome) save older versions of the webpage, so it keeps reloading the login screen. You have two options. The easiest is to use a different browser, like Firefox or Internet Explorer, and try to access the page again.
The second option is to clear your browser’s cache (follow the instructions here), close the browser, then open and try to access the page again.
