Description
If you’re wanting your students’ practice time to have clear goals and effective tasks, then send them on a spooky adventure as they escape a haunted house riddled with monsters. With every roll of the dice players draw a card and complete the practice task shown, trying to reach safety and avoid the monster which is pursuing them across the board.
By the end of the game players will have made progress on their practice tasks, no matter their fate!
How many players?
This game is designed for one to two players.
How long does the game take?
It usually takes between 5 and 15 minutes to complete, unless the player is caught by the monster early (in which case they can start another game with a different character and monster).
Does it suit any instrument?
Yes! The tasks cards are suitable for any instrument.
What level?
It can be used at any level. All of the activities are based on the pieces and scales that students are currently working on, so anyone who likes board games and/or monsters will enjoy it!
What’s included in the game?
This is a PDF file which can be downloaded and printed. It includes an A3 sized game board, one set of challenge cards suitable for any instrument, plus instructions for assembling and playing.
