This month-long practice challenge encourages effective practice habits and will have your students motivated to complete their daily practice goals.

What does this practice challenge involve?

Included in this programme are:

• Audio introduction
• Practice record
• Challenge cards

The practice challenge begins with a fun audio introduction. Each participant then receives a practice record to track their progress, and as they meet their goals throughout the month they complete challenge cards to develop their musical superpowers.

How long does the practice challenge last?

About four weeks. The practice record has 30 squares to fill in, which corresponds to a month of practice. Some students may be faster or slower depending on their practice goals.

What daily goal are students working towards?

You decide the practice goals your students are trying to achieve. This could involve minutes practised, practice tasks completed, or building the habit of daily practice.

Who will this practice challenge appeal to?

This practice challenge can be adapted for any level as the practice goals and challenge cards can easily be customised for different age groups.
